Get together and get feedback.
"Talk to everyone on any project that is still being worked on to find out what they think. What parts of it are practical? Will it work ""for real""? Is it really better than what was done before? Note what is working well and prepare to solidify those portions of the project.
Then talk to everyone with the summary of the results. Everyone's input, everyone's benefit. Get them all clear on what will be called a success.
The ""project"" could be at work with some multi-million dollar product launch or at home with a new way for the kids to handle their coats and shoes. The scale doesn't matter. Get everyone's opinions together, involve them, and share the collective benefits with them."
